Design Assitance Aimed to Save Production Costs

 TAK does not presume to be able to design a better part or to present totally new part concepts; what TAK does do is to contribute ideas that reflect less costly ways to produce the part by analyzing the design from the fabrication standpoint.  Maintaining the desired part performance while “adjusting” the part specifications to reduce cost is the primary goal of our suggestions.

Our many years of part fabrication experience; particularly the fabrication of small to miniature sized parts utilized in the Medical, Dental, and Electronic industries, allows us to offer a number of cost savings suggestions. These suggestions may entail alternative materials, tolerance adjustments, different fabrication methods, pre-fabrication material processing, adding relief points, altering material specifications, and many more.
