Contract Cut to Length Service

TAK Enterprises Inc. offers two categories of cut to length service on a verity of linear materials such as wire, narrow strip, and tubing. The first category is our general service contract cutting The second category is where a number of special processes may be performed as part of the cut to length service.

General Service Contract Cutting

This category is for basic applications where the cut pieces need to be straight, the cut length tolerance is +/- .002” or greater, and a square end burr free cut is necessary. This service is offered for all the materials and shapes listed below.

Special Process Contract Cutting

This is a unique category rarely offered by other cut to length service providers. In this category, in addition to what is offered in the General Service, many special end shapes are possible as well as post or pre-cut functions can be performed on the material or afterwards on the cut pieces. The types of processes are listed below and if incorporated as part of the cutting process may eliminate the time and cost of having the pieces shipped and processed at different locations.
