TAK Enterprises - Wire Straighteners, Cut-to-Length Machines, Linear Feeders, Wire Payoffs

System / Equipment Options

Stroke Length - TAK pneumatic based feed and cut machines offer a choice of stroke lengths. The shorter the stroke length the faster the unit will run. Select the length based on the longest part you make.

Series # 2 SF&C - 1/4"Stroke, 3" Stroke, 6" Stroke, and 12" Stroke

Series # 3 SF&C - 3" Stroke, 6" Stroke, and 12" Stroke

                                    Series # 4 SF&C - 6" Stroke and 12" stroke

All series SF&C units can multi- stroke up to 300 times before cutting.

Fine Adjustment Device  ( FAD ) - A mechanical device that allows the user to more precisely adjust the cut length tolerance "band". The adjustment can be done "on the fly" and is only available on the series # 02 SF&C system.

Out of Wire - Wire Snagged in Payoff - Count Reached.- Safety Cover / Door Open - Wire / Strip Jambed - Low or No Air Pressure - Cutting Sensor Blocked

Sound & Safety Enclosure - Reduces system noise, controls hardware access, safeguards personnel, makes equipment sabotage more difficult, and keep equipment cleaner longer.

Loop Control - If you want to cut wire that is continuously moving then a Loop Control will allow you to use a TAK SF&C unit. This is a device that acts like a switch and starts or stops the SF&C unit and can be set to run the cutter based on available "slack" or "loop" there is in the traveling wire or strip.
