Programmable Feed Control Systems with "Basic" & "Standard" Software Packages

The TAK servo based Programmable Feed Control systems are configured from several standard components to satisfy a specific set of application parameters with speed, accuracy, reliability, and utilizing the most economical approach. Most applications are resolved by employing either a 2, 4, or 6 roll feed box and either the "Basic" or "Standard" controls and software package.

Applications can include the integration of additional TAK products like our PWS, WCL, and cutter head. Additionally other commercially available devices like a marking device, a dispenser, or a automatic bagging device and be added. this makes applications such as cutting to length, straightening, loop and cut, and flatten, notch and cut to length, or feeding to length, stamping, and cutting easy to perform with one straight forward control and software package. Systems may also include motorized payoffs, material wiping station as well as "hands free" operation with the addition of various alarm sensors.
