Turnkey Systems

TAK has a very large installed base of “turnkey” systems involving the processing, assembly, or fabrication of products utilizing fine wire, narrow strip, small tubing and other linear materials; some as small as .004” or 0.1mm. Many of the component innovations developed for specific application functions have become stand alone products. Turnkey systems that have been delivered over the years have performed many tasks including precise feeding, marking, welding, staking, riveting, straightening, gauging, rewinding, annealing, inspecting, sorting, stamping, cutting, batching, orienting, forming, dispensing, cleaning, assembling, molding, and packaging.Many of our turnkey systems employ items from our line of servo based feed and control packages which assures a proven and reliable platform as the heart of these systems.Additionally we may employ equipment from select business partners whose line of products not only complement ours but are fabricated to the same high quality standards as our own. TAK, therefore, also acts as a systems integrator where we combine only the best items into the systems we sell.

Our systems are not limited by material types as we have delivered machines to work with both exotic type materials such as diamond coated wire, tungsten, platinum and Nitinol as well as the more baser metals such as brass, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. We have even worked with ceramic and plastic based application materials.

Markets such as electronic, medical, aerospace, electrical, spring, dental, fastener, automotive, and appliance are all engaged in applications involving the use of small sized linear materials and TAK has installations in everyone of them.
