"On the Fly" Cutting Machines

This cut-to-length system from Novo Precision is designed for high speed processing of wire from a continuous coil into a fixed length.  The cutting is accomplished using a set of wheels geared to the feed rolls that are inserted with offset shearing blades.  Wire is fed from a high speed wire payoff to cut production times.  This on the fly cutter can be used in conjunction with a batching conveyor to separate into lots of desired quantity.
