This TAK / Novo Precision Feed and Cut to Length System can cut wire with maximum precision at high ratesof speed .  A high output demand required a pneumatic feed and cut to length system that could deliver

more than 300   .125" long x .060" wire blanks per minute.  By modifying the standard TAK pneumatic system to accept 2 wires, the production throughput was exceeded.  This automatic cutting machine is ideal in the applications of wire cutting, tube cutting, strip cutting and the cutting of most linear materials.  The electric cutting machine can cut wire as big as .250" dia but is also a fine wire cutting machine cutting sizes in the thousandths.
